APS@HOME Helpline

Offering information and referrals to health and human services, government agencies & community-based organizations

In order to support our families during the school closure, APS is opening the APS@Home Helpline. The helpline offers free information and referrals to:

  • health and human services
  • government agencies
  • community-based organizations

We are continually researching services that are open during the COVID-19 social distancing orders to provide referrals that will link families to the organizations that can best address their needs.

Calls are answered Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please call 768-LINK (5465).

APS Service Center

Please note that the APS Student, Parent, and Employee Service Center is also still open. The Service Center is the district’s customer service department and will answer questions and concerns related to the district, and student’s education.

Calls are answered Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Due to high call volume, if possible, please email servicecenter@aps.edu or call 855-9040 for assistance.
